Overall if you're on a budget and want some cheap gym weight plates then these are really good that purpose. You can get cheap iron plates if you want as iron doesn't compress or wear off with time like rubber however these do make a lot of noise especially while deadlifting, just like any other iron plates do.
The thing that I don't like is the fact that they're painted and not powder coated as powder coating lasts a long time before wearing off but paint starts to come off from day 1 itself.
However I've been using these gym weight plates for a while now and they work perfectly for what they're made for so I do recommend this and you will enjoy having them if you keep the cons in your mind.

These are the bullrock classic iron plates and in my opinion they are the best value for money weight plates that you can buy for your home gym. Mainly because of the reason that they're powder coated and hence the finish on them will last a long time along with the plates not rusting anytime soon. Let's discuss some Pro's and Con's

VERDICT
Honestly pictures don't do justice to how good these plates look in person. I love the powder coating on these plates along with the finish. The inside of these plates will not rust and won't get on your barbell sleeves, however with long term use it can rust.
Coming in at a price of around INR 240/kg with gst and shipping, I feel the pricing could've a little more competitive considering that they're iron plates and that's it, however the reason I would get these over the competition is because of the powder coating. Painting on a gym weight plate is absolutely not good and even though it drives the cost down but comprises on the durability of the plates.

3. CHEAPEST CALIBRATED IRON PLATES
These are the same gym weight plates as the challenge ones just sold under the brand name challenco. These black plates are currently being sold on amazon at INR 200/kg for a set of 150 kgs and these are calibrated as well, which means they are exactly the weight they say.

VERDICT
Unlike the previous challenge plates these iron plates are calibrated which means they are exactly the weight they say they are. The challenge plates are weight accurate too however it can be off anywhere by 200-300 gms which can be a big deal for some people however these gym iron plates will be the exact weight.

4. BULLROCK POWERLIFTING PLATES - PREMIUM
These are the bullrock calibrated iron plates and if you're looking for the best & most weight accurate cast iron weight plates then these are the ones. They just have a 35 gram tolerance along with a thin profile and powder coated finish. These come at a price of around INR 300/kg which is the highest on this list. Let's discuss some Pro's and Con's

VERDICT
If you're looking for the best powerlifting plates then these will be the ones for you. If you're a competitive powerlifter then the calibration of these plates will be very helpful in competition along with the slim profile due to which you barbell will be more stiffer.
They also come with a 3 year warranty however these will last over a lifetime with minimal rusting due to the powder coating which is a much more durable finish than paint.
The pricing could've been a little more budget friendly however since there is no competition to these plates yet and they're superior to other plates, we can't complain.

WILL IRON PLATES DAMAGE FLOORING?
Yes it will damage the flooring hence get some good quality thick mats atleast 25-30mm thick to deadlift heavy with iron plates at home. Iron plates don't compress upon impact so your flooring has to be really good.
